Service Registration

To use YubiOn SecureFileTransfer, you must first complete user registration.
Once registration is complete, you can start sending and receiving files immediately. Creating or joining an organization is an optional feature for those who want to manage members and transfers within a group.

Overview

1. User Registration
   └─ Agree to the Privacy Policy
   └─ Choose registration method (Google / Email)
   └─ Temporary registration complete → Confirmation email sent
   └─ Click the URL in the email to verify your email address

2. Create an Organization (Optional)
   └─ Enter an organization name and create it
   └─ The creator becomes the "Owner"

Step 1: User Registration

1-1. Agree to the Privacy Policy

When you access the registration page, the Privacy Policy is displayed first. Please read it carefully and agree before proceeding.

1-2. Choose a Registration Method

After agreeing to the Privacy Policy, you will be taken to the registration method selection screen.

Option A: Register with an External Service Account (Google)

You can register using your existing Google account.

  1. Click the "Sign in with Google" button
  2. Follow the instructions on the Google authentication screen
  3. Once authenticated, you will be automatically registered with the service

Option B: Register with an Email Address (Manual)

  1. Enter the following information:

  2. Click the "Register" button

  3. Click "OK" in the confirmation dialog

If the email address is already registered

You will see the message: "This email address is already registered." Please use a different email address or log in from the login page.

1-3. Email Address Verification (After Temporary Registration)

If you registered with an email address, you need to complete the following steps after registration:

  1. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you registered
  2. Click the confirmation URL in the email
  3. After clicking the URL, log in with the email address and password you registered
  4. Email verification is complete and your registration becomes active

Expiration of the Confirmation URL

The confirmation URL has an expiration date. If it has expired, please register again from the beginning.


Step 2: Create an Organization (Optional)

After registering and logging in, you can create an organization if you wish to manage multiple members or operate as a group. This step is not required for individual use or if you do not need organization-level management.

2-1. Navigate to the Organization Creation Screen

After logging in, you can access the organization creation screen via the sidebar menus.

2-2. Enter an Organization Name

2-3. Create the Organization

  1. Click the "Create" button
  2. Click "OK" in the confirmation dialog
  3. After creation, you will be redirected to the dashboard

Your role after creating an organization

The user who creates the organization is automatically assigned the "Owner" role. The Owner can perform all operations, including inviting members and changing organization settings.


Joining via an Invitation

If you have received an invitation from an existing organization, you can join it by accepting the invitation instead of creating a new organization.

Creating an organization while you have a pending invitation

If you try to create a new organization while you have a pending invitation from another organization, a notification about the invitation will be displayed. You can either accept the invitation to join that organization, or proceed to create a new one. If you create a new organization, any pending invitations will be automatically cancelled.

  1. Click the invitation URL in the invitation email
  2. After logging in, the invitation confirmation screen is displayed
  3. Click "Join Organization" to accept the invitation
  4. After joining, you will be redirected to the dashboard
